ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms govern your use of klar-skincare.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in EUR and include Dutch VAT (BTW). We accept Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Maestro. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — you will receive a full refund. Order confirmations are sent by email automatically.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
EU consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
Exception for cosmetics: Under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products once they have been opened, for hygiene reasons. This applies to all KLÄR skincare products once unsealed. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Skincare results vary between individuals — stated timelines are based on typical results and are not individually guaranteed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
KLÄR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of The Netherlands.
