These terms govern your use of klar-skincare.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

THE STORE

KLÄR is operated from the Netherlands. We sell organic skincare and supplement products for men. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in EUR including VAT where applicable. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact hello@klar-skincare.com.

SHIPPING

We ship to EU countries, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

Free shipping applies to orders over €50 as displayed at checkout.

KLÄR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the amount paid for the relevant order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
