SHIPPING

We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times:
- EU: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days

Free shipping on all orders over €50.
Standard shipping under €50: €4.95 (EU) · €7.95 (UK & US)

You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. International orders may be subject to local customs duties — these are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS

KLÄR products are cosmetics. Under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns are only accepted for completely unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Email hello@klar-skincare.com with your order number and a photo of the sealed product.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Contact hello@klar-skincare.com within 48 hours with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
