SHIPPING
We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Standard delivery times:
- EU: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Free shipping on all orders over €50. Standard shipping on orders under €50 is €4.95 for EU, €7.95 for UK and US.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your KLÄR purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all skincare products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, email hello@klar-skincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
SUPPLEMENTS
Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. If your supplement arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact hello@klar-skincare.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
